The sunshine streamed

Like there was light in his heart

For a moment he could feel

What couldn’t be felt

Laughter dissolved

As did the light

Shading his heart

Till the next

Moon light

He’ll stay awake

To grasp that feeling

That glimpse of light

So far

So endearing
