He cried and the girl didn’t know if she should leave or not. They haven’t talked in years and frankly, he felt like a stranger to her. A stranger with a familiar face. So she started to cry to. The both of them sat on the floor of a nearly empty coffee shop, crying. At first the girl felt embarrassed that she was crying, so she raised her head to look around. The floor was grass, and no one sat at the aged tables scattered throughout the shop. It was just her, him and the looming shadows. Her eyes were puffy and sore but she couldn’t help but look down at her fallen tears. Each was lit up; playing tiny movies of lives of people she didn’t know. She quickly glances to the man next to her and he was doing the same, smiling and crying.
