The Peculiar Chronicles,
It’s the first day of May. I love the firsts of the month and Mondays. I feel a little sad to wave goodbye to April but on the other hand I’m over joyed to. I’ve finished my Camp NaNoWriMo project that at the start felt like a deep, dark time vortex that sped up all my writing days into nothingness. And throughout that time I still managed to keep up on precarious house hold chores like writing cheques to the garden gnomes for their service and keeping a sharp eye out for the pixies who are always taking my favorite writing pens. But as camp has passed, that familiar feeling from Post NaNoWriMo slowly starts to slither its way back into my heart. The feeling of being forcefully creative for thirty days straight and getting held hostage by your characters until you wrote them a new scene. It’s just time for the hard part now, finding an agent/editor/publishing house that’s like the ink to my pen.
Till next time!
